What instrument do you want to play?  How about learning 2 or 3?  It’s much easier than you think!  The guitar, bass, and ukulele are very similar and can be easily learned in unison.  The piano is the most logically laid out instrument for learning music theory and a very common second instrument for any serious musician including drummers.
