Guitar is a gateway instrument. Popular and inexpensive, once you learn a few chords, you can play songs. It’s a portable orchestra and ideal songwriting tool.
Shawn has been teaching multiple styles of music on the acoustic and electric guitar for over 20 years, and playing for 30. His students have been as young as 5 and as old as 80 in both one on one and classroom settings. Shawn has performed in many professional bands including rock, blues, jazz, country and all original.
